For buyers
1. Browse ReHome Checked listings.
2. Open listing details and review condition, photos, location, and seller information.
3. Checkout and create/login to your buyer account.
4. Pay online later or use manual EFT and upload proof of payment.
5. ReHome confirms payment before item release.
6. Confirm receipt after handover, or raise a dispute inside the protection window.
For sellers
1. Create seller profile as casual or business seller.
2. Create listing with item details, price, location, and condition.
3. Upload product photos and private proof files for ReHome review.
4. Wait for admin review and ReHome Checked approval.
5. Coordinate handover only after payment is confirmed by ReHome.
6. Receive payout after buyer confirmation or protection rules are satisfied.
